Load sensor EMS121

The EMS121 load sensor is designed to measure the load on the polished rod of a sucker rod pumping unit and transmit this data to the rod pump controller. The EMS121 design ensures reliable operation in harsh oilfield environments, including desert climates, extreme northern conditions, and areas with aggressive substances and explosive gases.

Description

The crosshead-mounted EMS121 load sensor measures polished rod load and transmits the data to the rod pump controller for monitoring and control purposes. The sensor is engineered for reliable performance in demanding oilfield environments, including desert regions, Arctic conditions, and environments with aggressive chemicals and explosive gases.

High measurement accuracy is achieved through precision manufacturing, temperature compensation of the strain gauge bridge, and individual testing of each sensor during production.

The standardized housing allows the EMS121 to be easily installed as a replacement for load sensors from other manufacturers. The sensor is connected to the controller using a specialized high-flexibility cable, ensuring stable signal transmission and reliable operation in field conditions.
